Previously in order to access oral contraceptives you would need to go and see your GP and have the tablet prescribed on a prescription. You would also need to attend follow up appointments to have a ‘Pill Check’ which are not always at a convenient time.

You are now able to access your first or next supply of oral contraceptive tablets swiftly through the pharmacy. No waiting times on the phone to get through to the surgery and no physical appointments needed.

All you have to do is fill out a form online and book a phone consultation with the pharmacist. The consultation will take around 10 minutes and then your tablets are posted to your house free of charge. If you live near the pharmacy and prefer to collect your tablets you can do that too.

The whole service is completely free of charge and we will also inform your GP so that they have a record of the supply.
